Each individual may only create one w99 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Family members living in the same household may open separate accounts, but verification may be required if fraudulent activity is suspected.

The account holder is responsible for all activity conducted through their account. w99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of an account by a third party.
